Appointments are required for all holistic services. Please book appointments 24 hours in advance. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare and fill out any necessary paperwork. Please turn off all cell phones and remove any jewellery or watches prior to services. Lateness to your appointment will be treated as per scheduled time frame. No extension on services will be given. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in this matter.
*NEW* Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of service price to confirm appointment. Payments accepted include cash, cheque, email transfer or PayPal.
Payments are required in full during each session. Cash, personal cheque and PayPal only are accepted at this time. An NSF fee of $10 will apply for any returned cheques. Receipts will be issued with each payment upon request. For all credit card transactions, please request an emailed invoice prior to services.
We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Services will be charged 50% of rate if no cancellation is received.

Please inform us prior to any services of any allergies. Also, Inner Jewelz is cat and dog friendly for any one with severe pet allergies. We do utilize green cleaning procedures and many of our products contain aromatherapy oils.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to set up your mat and props. Please bring yoga mat, water and dress comfortably in proper attire, remove footwear (socks and shoes) and turn off cell phones.
