Colour Therapy utilizes the various wavelengths or frequencies of colour (light) to heal the body at a cellular level. Indian Head Massage, also
known as Champissage, is a form of relaxation massage that focuses on
the face, head, neck, shoulders, upper back and arms which are
important energy centers within the body. It is very relaxing and has a
balancing effect. Helping to release stress
and tension, creating a sense of peace and well being.
It may be performed either seated and fully dressed or on a massage table undressed to the waist.
